Evelyn is a clinical psychologist with a passion for helping underserved communities. Her training in public healthcare facilities and non-profit organisations has enriched her experience with individuals of diverse backgrounds and ages.

Evelyn is a clinical psychologist with a passion for helping underserved communities. Her training in public healthcare facilities and non-profit organisations has enriched her experience with individuals of diverse backgrounds and ages.

 

Trained in psychological testing and psychotherapy, Evelyn also specialises in interventions for children, adolescents, and adults with mental and physical illnesses. She takes a holistic approach to help clients with conditions such as chronic pain, depression, anxiety, trauma, neurodevelopmental disorders, obsessive compulsive-related disorders, and adjustment-related issues.

 

Evelyn strongly believes in looking beyond the illness to better help her clients. This has motivated her to design and conduct more educational trainings for the public and her peers, and bring the mental health discourse to the forefront on platforms such as NTV7, 8TV, BFM, Melody FM, Ai FM, the News Straits Times and Free Malaysia Today.

 

During her free time, Evelyn keeps up with an active lifestyle. She is also an avid traveller and foodie.
